ANC leaders held a meeting of the National Executive Committee in Boksburg, Gauteng, over the weekend.
The party’s general secretary, Fikile Mbalula, said the most important items on the meeting’s agenda included fighting crime, the energy crisis and the party’s electoral manifesto.
Party chairman Cyril Ramaphosa is expected to address the media on Sunday afternoon.
