sEntitled Solicitor General Busisiwe Mkhwebane has filed another motion to dismiss Section 194 Investigative Committee Chairman Richard Qubudile Dyantyi.
Dianti acknowledged the request and told Mkhuebani’s lawyer he would respond by July 21.
He said Mkhoebani’s foundations for the app centered around alleged interactions between Mkhoebani’s husband, David Skosana, and the late ANC member Tina Jumat-Peterson. He added, “The allegations are currently being investigated by the Joint Parliamentary Committee on Ethics and Member Interests, after I filed a complaint.”
The request raises seven grounds for stepping down, including allegations of bribery, corruption and extortion against Dyantyi, “that Mr Dyantyi is the subject of a pending investigation by Parliament’s Ethics Committee, and a pending police investigation, and that the committee and Mr Dyantyi are proceeding despite the lack of legal representation for ( Mkhuebani).
