Ngogosh was contacted by Radio Africa management in 2022 and offered him a position. However, the mission never materialized due to Ngugosh’s busy schedule.
Ngogosh claims that because he travels so much for his work as a content developer, the radio show part would have been hampered.
“There was that time in 2022, Kiss FM wanted to hire me but it didn’t work out. There was that proposal but the specific part didn’t work out due to some issues. It was mostly time,” Ngugosh was quoted by Nairobi News as saying.
“I like radio a lot. The main problem is when they wanted me to show,” he added, without revealing details of the show he was close to hosting.
Njogosh explained that as a freelance creator, he is sometimes required to travel for a week or more.
“If you’re on radio, you’ll let the opportunity slip but those people won’t understand that you’re on radio. As freelancers, any job is important and it’s not regular.”
Ngogosh said he would not give up on his dream. “It could be at a big radio station or even a smaller one but I’ll be working there. Soon, you might hear me on the radio near you.”
